My head is an animal…not always, but most of the times.
So I identify with OMAM’s album title. Very much actually. Can’t put my finger on which animal exactly, but it’s definitely a weird one. It flies and wanders like a bird sometimes, most of the times it also rattles all over the place like a snake, and it never fails to always be a fierce ambitious tiger that will never give up.
Songs like Dirty Paws, keep me sane though. Relaxing, it simmers me down and allows me to step back from reality. The beautiful acoustics and that peaceful enchanting vocals will do the trick. Try it out, no disappointments I promise.

A modern Michael Jackson-ish pop rock Gem
“I listen to a lot of music, and I want to have the freedom and luxury to walk into a studio and say, ‘Today I want to do a hip-hop, R&B, soul or rock record.’” - Bruno Mars, on producing his second album Unorthodox Jukebox (I like and identify myself with this comment).
Overall, the album is enjoyable and easy to listen to, with a mix of slow and mid-tempo soul/pop songs. I very much like it, it’s different from the rest of the music today, but I also think it felt short: not only in length (only 10 tracks!!) but in out of the box creativity.
